Our club has several rooms to accommodate any event. From weddings to business meetings, our staff and club offer the finest service and accommodations. Chef Peter and his Staff will be delighted to prepare almost any type of menu to fit your needs plus our Banquet Coordinator and General Manager will customize every detail of your event. 
We have a beautifully appointed Ballroom overlooking the Golf Course. This room seats 225 people and is perfect for your large event. The Ballroom leads to the outside stone patio, which during the warm weather months, may be utilized along with the Ballroom.
Music For your party or event Brookside will provide a piano to you at no charge, all you have to do is supply the musician. If you're not having live music, our wonderful digital music system is available to you. We have a wide variety of music from which to choose. The Founders Room seats up to 20 people and is equipped with business meeting style furniture and a dry erase board. We would be glad to hold your business meeting with a continental breakfast, lunch and more. There have also been many wonderful private dinner parties in this room. 
Our Formal Dining Room is used for dining by Club Members or for private parties. The charming fireplace adds a lot of warmth to this beautiful room. This room also opens up to the Ballroom to accommodate larger functions. Seating up to 40 people, this room has been host to events such as business meetings and baby showers.
The Board Room is actually part of the main dining area, but we have a retractable wall that will make this area into a private room for up to 36 people. Brookside uses this room often for dinner meetings and children's birthday parties.
