Chef Peter Fizz Will Delight Your Senses.....

Chef Peter Fizz is a 1991 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and has over twenty years of service to the members and guests of Brookside Country Club.

Brookside offers a variety of menus with seasonal selections coupled with traditional club fare. A wide range of salads and sandwiches are offered for lunch including Grilled Chicken Panini, a Brookside version of the Cobb Salad and a heart healthy Sesame Chicken Salad with Miso Dressing. Housemade Soup and Pasta Specials are available and prepared fresh on a daily basis.

The “Standard” menu includes traditional club favorites served with country club quality that members have been accustomed to for many years. Jumbo Lump Crabmeat Cocktail served with Sauce RĂ©moulade that is second to none and Maryland Style Crab Cakes, made with pure crabmeat and no filler, are but two examples.

Lunch and Dinner “Specials” menus are available and change on a weekly basis.
